《Codename: Panzers, Phase Two》是Stormregion公司开发的即时战略系列游戏《Codename: Panzers》的第二作。本作除了继承了前作诸多优点外,还增设了一些全新的游戏特性。
 本作时代背景依然设定在二战前线,地点和剧情方面增设了美英联盟、德意轴心、南斯拉夫抵抗组织以及各方在北非、地中海和巴尔乾半岛的军事斗争。本作的军事派别分为三类,玩家可择其一方。每个派别都有各自专属的单位、关卡任务和战役目标。本作在场景和气氛表现方面非常逼真,除了战斗之外,本作还有其它诸多方面都有相当丰富的游戏可玩性。
 较之前作,新作在交通工具方面有所增强,在数量、类型和性能方面改观颇大。坦克的装甲防护更为强大,具备多个方向的防御功能。而车辆在受到撞击后其内部会以损伤值的形式加以表现。因此,如果你将坦克某个部分的装甲破坏,将其击毁将易入反掌。这些新增的特性不仅使游戏更趋向于真实,还极大地丰富了游戏性。
 另一方面,此次玩家还可以对交通工具的车灯进行开关。这一效果不仅养眼,而且在游戏中还致关重要,因为本作的关卡任务有昼夜之分。在表现夜间的关卡任务当中,你需要进行突袭或者秘谜潜入才能完成,这些关卡任务的能见度是有限的,因此你可以打开车灯以增大可视范围。不过如此一来,往往会暴露你的目标。正可谓鱼与熊掌不可兼得,虽有劣势,但也能增强冲关的胜算。
 大多数即时战略类游戏都包含了一款编辑器,而在本作中也不例外,而且其功能较之前作还有极大地增强。玩家还可利用编辑器对自定义的关卡任务进行特色修改:比如,地图中的地形、单位以及场景设定。虽然在画面方面的设定上仰仗游戏内建的编辑器来构建的,不过真正起作用的还是游戏中的图像引擎,这使玩家在对这类游戏的操控方面更为得以应手。
 同前作一样,本作在人物扮演方面都是靠剧情来驱动。虽然本作剧情话题严肃,不过也不失轻松幽默。在配音方面,本作启用了不少电视名嘴的加盟,这为本作增色不少。前作在图像引擎方面表现不俗,本作更上一曾楼。在动画细节上面,你将看到坦克在不同的地形上的不同表现,也可看到房门打开人物出入的场景。在本作中还提供了一款全方位的视角观察系统,你可以任意的角度和方位观看和缩放战场环境,即时制定因应之策。
 综上,所有这些游戏元素都使得《Codename: Panzers, Phase Two》较之前作有了极大的提升。预计,本作将于今年6月正式发布了,相信一定不会让广大玩家失望。
