《Neuro Hunter》是一款计算机朋克风格的动作RPG。多变的剧情百玩不厌，游戏里有36个主线任务和6个分支任务，你可以把收集来的资源制造出新的物品，也可以加入Matrix的计算机战争中，可以称之为“游戏中的游戏”。

　计算机专家Hunter受雇于Jhonston生物技术组织，简称“组织”。Hunter被派遣去修理一家联合矿业公司的网路，但是他失败了，并且因为爆炸困在了一个地下洞穴里。一个叫Toadstool的人找到并告诉他他身在一个由Hacker的电脑怪人统治的地下世界。因为远离组织，Hunter不得不自寻出路。途中他遇见了神秘的女郎Kathryn，她将不时的帮助Hunter。而Hunter面对的将是这个地牢里未知的险恶。
