《Heartland》是加拿大独立摇滚艺术家Owen Pallett的第三张专辑，于2010年1月12日发行。这是Pallett的专辑首次以他自己的名义发表。原先他一直使用Final Fantasy的艺名。

Pallett的父亲是一个狂热的教堂管风琴演奏者。从幼儿的年龄开始，Pallett就学习了古典小提琴。13岁他写出了他的第一首曲子。他在大学时为一款游戏"Traffic Department 2192"制作过音乐、为电影制作过配音，还创作过歌剧。

Apart from the indie music scene, he has had commissions from Bang on a Can, the Vancouver CBC Orchestra, and Fine Young Classicals.

He believes his work is implicitly influenced by his sexuality, saying, "As far as whether the music I make is gay or queer, yeah, it comes from the fact that I'm gay, but that doesn't mean I'm making music about the sexuality specifically".

Pallett received an Honours Bachelor of Music for Composition from the University of Toronto in 2002.
