别名Faylan（フェイラン）。日本女性歌手，作品以游戏及动画主题歌为主。冲绳Actors International东京分校ミューズ音楽院（曾出歌手松本孝弘、藤森真一、SHAKALABBITS等）声乐科出身，2005年开始活动，2008年加入S株式会社，艺名的命名者是Elements Garden的上松范康。不知其人与中国有何关系，但是能讲基本流畅的日语。
飞兰的第二首个人单曲「I sing by my soul」发布！
飞兰演唱的第一首动画歌曲——TV动画「喰霊-零-」的第1话插曲，就给人留下了深刻的印象，而在TV动画「CANAAN」中演唱的OP主题曲「mind as Judgment」更是获得了很高的评价。飞兰的第2首个人单曲「I sing by my soul」也将在11月11日正式发布！
此次单曲由yozuca*作词，Elements Garden的上松范康作曲，并且由呼声很高的Tom-H@ck来担任编曲。穿过一切困难坚持向前的歌词加上追求极限的声音，飞兰用她强有力的音色诠释了此次单曲，可谓是为此次作品使出了全力。
