《冠军足球经理2010》是足球经理游戏中首款以2009/10赛季为背景的新作，本作已经开发了历时两年之久，准备在2009/10赛季开赛的9月份与全球玩家见面。
本作采用了更加进化的3D引擎，超过500名球员都有自己的动画展示，Set-piece制造器可以让玩家创造属于自己的任意球和角球线路。游戏采用的Scouting Networks能够让全世界的玩家仿佛在局域网中游戏一般，而练习赛模式也能帮助玩家选择他们最喜欢的球队以及训练新的球员。

原本听说CM0304已经是最后一个版本了，不知道为什么突然又继续开发2010了。FM以前的几个版本没CM做得好，不过，球员库的确是比较新。

破解版，安装后必须使用对应版本的破解补丁（也就是免cd补丁）才能进入游戏。将来游戏升级，必须等待对应版本的破解补丁放出才能玩，比如fm06的6.03版，由于一直没有6.03版的免cd补丁放出，所以那些用破解版、硬盘版的朋友是无法享受6.03版的。
clone版，就是原版光盘制作出来的镜像。这种版本跟正版光盘一模一样，你安装虚拟光驱软件后，载入这个光盘镜像，然后安装，然后直接就可以玩了（光盘镜像继续保持载入状态）。如果你不想每次游戏都开着虚拟光驱软件，也可以使用对应版本的免cd补丁，这样就相当于破解版和硬盘版了。对比破解版，clone版最大的优势就是将来的升级。出新补丁你都可以直接安装，就算没有对应的免cd补丁，你仍然可以虚拟原版光盘镜像来运行游戏！
硬盘版的没的说了 下好解压就能玩的 最方便了
