All Music Guide对这张专辑的评价是 'A balance of contradictions, Moloko keeps inventiveness and listenability high on their second album'

The Sheffield duo Moloko is the fruit of Irish-born Roisin Murphy's bid to pick up Mark Brydon at a 1994 do with the famous lines, 'Do you like my tight sweater? See how it fits my body.' Mark heard a melody in that and soon afterwards he and Roisin went to a studio to record an album.
Mark Brydon (Sunderland) worked in the music industry long before Moloko was born. He produced Krush's House Arrest and remixed music by Eric B & Rakim. Roisin Murphy (Wicklow, Ireland) was a newcomer to the music business.
The band's name is borrowed from Anthony Burgess' classic novel 'A Clockwork Orange', in which it means either 'milk' or 'method of narcotic indigestion'.
In 1995 the band recorded their first single titled 'Where Is The What If The What Is In Why?' The same year they came out with their full-length debut named 'Do You Like My Tight Sweater?'. The album was sold in over 250,0000 copies worldwide. In 1996 Moloko recorded the next single 'Fun For Me'and toured Europe and the US.
The band's second full-length album, titled 'I Am Not A Doctor' was released in 1998. In 1999 the single 'Sing It Back' (Boris Dlugosch mix) became a silver disc in England. The next year the first single from the new album 'Things To Make And Do' was released. The song 'The Time Is Now' became one of the most played singles in Europe.
Since spring 2000 Moloko were touring Europe as a real band together with Paul Slowley (drums), Eddie Stevens (keyboard) and Dave Cook from Bambino Casino (guitar).
