看不懂如何安装，在第一张光盘里有个SHooTERS，里面有个指南：
.install lic-server
.copy license_manager\* to lic-manager installdir
.setup lic-mananger

.install allegro (lic-server port 5280)
.point patcher to <installdir>\tools
但是，.install lic-server就不知道干什么了...有装成功的吗？能否详细说下如何安装？谢谢

麻烦各位装过的高手指点一下？我刚开始用，因此不会装。我按照15.2的安装教程来试了一遍，还是不行啊，这是我的具体步骤，请大家指教，哪里出错了？
1.将第一张盘里面SHooTERS\license_manager\cadence.lic考出来，修改了里面原来是this_host为本机的名字，并且将第二行的 DAEMON cdslmd改成了 DAEMON cdslmd C:\Cadence\license_manager\cdslmd.exe，我的licence_manager就装在了C盘下。修改完成后暂时存在任意地方；
2.安装license manager,装在了C盘下，然后把SHooTERS\license_manager\cdslmd.exe考到C:\Cadence\license_manager\，进行了替换。
3.安装程序，都是默认的，将port设成5280，host设成自己计算机的名字；
4.运行license manager将license file设定成C:\Cadence\license_manager\cadence.lic，设置环境变量CDS_LIC_FILE为C:\Cadence\license_manager\cadence.lic
5.启动程序，就出错了，显示错误是:Invalid (inconsistent) licese key.

对不起，我忘了说了，我最后用了"Cadence_Allegro_Patch.exe"。显示错误：The program can not update the installed version of Cadence Allegro because of the following reason:
E:\CADENCE\SPB_16.0\TOOLS\fet\bin\c2esch.exe:unkown version.
我按照它的提示，将路径设成了E:\CADENCE\SPB_16.0\TOOLS

最后尝试着把c2esch.exe剪切到另一个地方暂存，然后重新运行Cadence_Allegro_Patch.exe，这次成功了，呵呵，然后把c2esch.exe放回原来的地方。可以用了。不知道稳定不...先用着再说，到时候不稳定再过来和大伙说说...

我来分享下我的安装经验吧：
1.首先在我的电脑里建立一个环境变量：LM_LICENSE_FILE=1800@HOSTNAME
HOSTNAME可在我的电脑--右键--属性--计算机名--完整的计算机名称里获得，不包括最后的那个小点哦
2.安装license server，一直点下一步，不要管他提示你什么
3.安装product 空间够的话，全安装了吧，最好装在c盘，而且c盘最好是ntfs格式的。装在c盘就不需要修改破解文件，而ntfs格式下安装占用空间少一些。
4.把license文件复制到安装目录下的license-manager文件夹里面
5.重启
5.1如果重启完进系统提示cdslmd.exe错误，先把license-manager里面的cdslmd.exe剪切到别的目录。
6.把nolic.com复制到c盘system下面的system32里面，运行crack.bat，多运行几次
7.如果安装完后，打开软件提示”无法定位程序输入点RWSet02K3Color 于动态链接库RWUXThemeS.dll上，这样解决：从tools\bin下RWUXThemeS.dll拷贝到 windows\system32下就可以了

我下载的里面没有Crack.bat，后面又加了吗？早知道晚点下了，这样可以方便一些，装了三遍，那真是痛苦啊...

能破解，也能正常使用，但破解不完全，比如 PCB Librarian就因为没有正确的License而不能打开。

有哪位老兄安装成功CADENCE SERVER的,这个非常有用,可以统一设计,统一管理,一个项目多人协同工作.提高工作效率.
LICENSE MANAGER 肯定是需要安装的,但是我安装完成之后没有出现 CLIENT项,导致网络终端和服务器无法连接啊.

Steffens: Have you sucesssed in intallation, mine stopped at cd 4, the set-up just run forever, never come to ask me for disk5 again... so any suggestions? I tried to reburn disk 4, but the same situation.

Now I am able to complete the Cadence_Allegro_Patch.exe modification, but after that how to start the program?
there is no shortcome at desktop and no file in the tools folder, so how to start to run the program...
also when I instal disk 4, the set-up run for a day, and never finished, I have to end the process, so I don't know if the set-up or thr inmstallation is complete or not.. does it take this long, or is there anythign wrong?

O.K. Finally I complete the installation, but PSICE can only draw schematic in capture, can't run simulation, the "run" button undeer "PSPICE" is in gray, does anyone else have the same problem? Wondering if it is caused by the license or just my installation... Does anyone else have the same problem--- lots of function are in gray, not actived!

我可以用啊，还算正常，但是这个版本并不是完全破解的，可能有些功能我用不到的不能用，我没有发现。安装过程中也还算快，没有出现你说的情况...

I think the problem I have is: before I run 16.0, I tried to install a 15.7 version, and installed FLEX 8 which come with it. I just found out that vista can't take FLEX 8 with 16.0 version: since later on I intalled FLEX 9, when restart, the sceen is white, I have to power the computer down and restart. so I can't check the license properly; I got it by "update licese" option, and when I using " install license" it said no driver, so now the big problem is how to clean the FLEX 8 version-- run FLEXcleanupUtility, but no luck!

Hm... according to the readme file, I tried to find /c:\windows\system32\drivers, and found that I don;t have DS1410D.sys, so it is not about FLEX8. so i don;t know what is the problem now.

BTW, when you change the cedence.lic file ,
the first line: "SERVER Hostname ID=07071982 5280", do you need to change the ID number too, beside change the "hostname" to"my-PC"? Is the ID numbe generated by FLEX, in cmd mode type" lmhostid -flexid"? when i do this, it doesn't give me an ID?
I did n;t chagne the ID number before, would this be a problam?

I got problems like this when I open a new project with Capture:

File does nor exist"C:\user\..\design try1-pspicefiles\schematic1\bias.sim"

and also:
This action cannot be completed because the "AMS Simulation Manager\16.0.0" program is not response. Choose "Switch To" and correct the problem.

But "switch to" can fix it!

Cadence V16 Install

1) Copy Nolic.Com Into Windows/System32 And Run It.
2) Install Cadence V16, But Do Not Install Any License Features And Ignor Any Warning Messages.
3) Copy Crack.Bat, Nolic.Com Into C:\Cadence Directory.
4) Copy License.Dat (Dummy License File) Into ..\Cadence\SPB_16.0\ Directory.
5) From ..\Cadence Run Crack.Bat.Ignor Any Error Messages, But Run Repeatedly Until It Completes With No Errors!
6) Add CDS_LIC_FILE C:\Cadence\Spb_16.0\License.Dat To System Variables In Environmental Variables

有附件可以安装和使用，不知如何发上来。

我的附件发不上来，肯定能用。我装了3遍后用原来的破解搞不定，重装系统后，再安装此Cadence SPB16，用此附件一次全部搞定。现在都可以用了。

我装了Cadence OrCad 15.7 再装这个会有影响吗？
OrCad 不用改东西就只是产出一个license文件把server 指过去就好了。
这个要改cdslmd, 会对那个OrCad 产生影响吗？

先安装软件然后再设置变量名可以吗，使用在装cadence15。7版本当中可以成功，但是16。0破解不完全，并试了二次只是除了pcb edit能打开外，其他的都出现no product licenses found ,exiting打不开，如果大家有更好的破解方法可以提供分享。
