【内容介绍】
《蝙蝠侠新冒险》是大获好评的《蝙蝠侠动画系列》（Batman: The Animated Series）的续集。本片的DVD是作为《蝙蝠侠动画系列第四辑》（Batman, the Animated Series: Volume Four）发行的。

剧中涉及了很多蝙蝠侠的配角，如罗宾（Robin）、蝙蝠女（Batgirl）和 夜鹰（Nightwing）。很多之后在《超人正义联盟》（Justice League）里与蝙蝠侠并肩作战的任务也作为特邀嘉宾登场，如Supergirl, Etrigan和The Creeper等。当然，也少不了蝙蝠侠的S02EP04挚友——超人的友情客串。
《蝙蝠侠动画系列》（Batman: The Animated Series）播出完结三年后，制作权由FOX公司转到华纳兄弟公司（The WB）。蝙蝠侠也从新开始了他在银幕上的历险。由于预算的问题以及和《超人动画系列》相匹配。本片的画风大为改变。本片最终得以作为The New Batman/Superman Adventures的一部分而播出。与1992年的《蝙蝠侠动画系列》相比 ，本片有意淡化了对蝙蝠侠的刻画，而更多的描述了居住在高登市（Gotham City）的人们。
虽然保持了相同的演员阵容和制作班底，但是《蝙蝠侠新冒险》在众多蝙蝠侠Fans的眼中还是不如原版的《蝙蝠侠动画系列》。然而《蝙蝠侠新冒险》的某些场景还是非常经典的。比如 “Mad Love”中Harley Quinn对Joker复杂的关系变化。"Legends of the Dark Knight"中通过三个小孩之口讲述蝙蝠侠的故事，其中一个颇有上个世纪五、六十年代的气质；另一个几乎是逐字逐句的将弗兰克米勒的漫画《黑骑士归来》（Batman: The Dark Knight Returns）搬上银幕。其他集如"Over the Edge"（讲述了蝙蝠女（Batgirl）的死，虽然是个梦)几乎是美国动画史上最黑暗的故事；"Old Wounds"填补了《蝙蝠侠动画系列》（Batman: The Animated Series）与《蝙蝠侠新冒险》（The New Batman Adventures）之间的空白；"Joker's Millions"则改编自上个世纪五十年代Dick Sprang的经典故事。

【人物介绍】

蝙蝠侠（Batman）——人气上完全可以和超人抗衡的大侠。蝙蝠侠真名叫布鲁斯·韦恩（Bruce Wayne），生长在一个巨富家庭，因目睹父母被害而产生了亲手铲除罪恶的强烈愿望。他白天过着奢华的生活，晚上则身着紧身衣、头戴面具、携精心打造的先进设备四处行侠仗义。



蝙蝠女（Batgirl）——真名芭芭拉·高登（Barbara Gordon），是高登市警察局长高登的养女，在高登警长被陷害的事件中加入到蝙蝠侠打击犯罪的队伍中来。



罗宾II（Robin）——真名Tim Drake，其父被黑帮害死，其母不知所踪，在”Sins of The Father”中被蝙蝠侠收养而成为新的罗宾（Robin）。


夜鹰（Nightwing）——真名Dick Gryson，第一代的罗宾（Robin），大学毕业后来到比高登市高登市（Gotham City）更邪恶的Bludheaven自立门户，但是在蝙蝠侠需要他时，他仍然会回来。
