Runes Order are ready to deliver us a new masterpiece, "The Hopeless Days", filled with very cold and dark atmospheres, the perfect mixture between the high creepy tension of the previous "The Art of Scare and Sorrow" and its most freezy sonorities. Remarkable also the presence of members of Northgate and Camerata Mediolanense and a cover of the Malombra song "After the Passing".

“Hopeless Days” sees Runes Order continuing the journey of defiance as the band delves into ever evolving and new territory all the while remaining firmly rooted in their dark music origins. “Hopeless Days” seamlessly integrates a number of musical genres ranging from dark wave, retro electronics. Soundtrack music and dark ambient influences into a coherent and innovative new approach. How many dark ambient album have you heard that integrate dark ambience, 80's style dark wave synthesizers, horror movie sound bites and a drum kit? What results from this marriage of musical cousins is a unique vision in the dark music scene that is at once dark and menacing while's still exuding energy and even a little camp.

“Hopeless Days” is a brilliant album that abandons the hallmark dirge of drones and rumbling bass of dark electronic music and takes dark ambient music into a musical realm filled with energy and evolution. Runes Order intertwines despair and darkness with light hearted beats and space age synthesizers in a synthesis of music guineas or musical madness, you be the judge!

“Hopeless Days” comes highly recommended for dark music fans looking for something a bit on the lighter side. If you are feeling suffocated under the weight of your dark music collection give “Hopeless Days” a chance. The music contains all the great dark music hooks in terms of dark soundscapes, synthesized orchestral passages and various esoteric themes and vocal performances. The music of Runes Order is partly ritualistic and definitely has many esoteric and occult projections. “Hopeless Days could be easily used to set a gothic ritual mood or as adornment for gothic ruminations and dark evenings of wine drinking late into the night in the company of ghosts.

支持LZ，好久没听工业电子了，skinny puppy一直是我少年的最爱。
试听了几首，有几首还行，大部分感觉有点太暗太平了，基本属于Ambient了，我还是喜欢工业舞曲的类型，越诡异约好，不知LZ有什么推荐。
