里面的教程MOV文件用暴风影音可以打开,但是练习文件需要解压吗?还有个SIT文件有什么用,请谁知道的告诉我一声....我好像不太会用

2007一直不怎么会用，又是英文版，正好找这个对照看看。不过下载速度实在太慢。
lynda官网可以免费看的，我找了下，这个ppt的教程在这个地址http://www.lynda.com/home/DisplayCourse.aspx?lpk2=541
看地址就知道了，是官方的，不骗人。其他的我也没找，不过到了官网搜索下应该就可以找到了。
